The website informs. A written engagement controls.
These terms govern use of this website and explain how public information relates to project contracts, technical authority and evidence rights. They are not project General Terms.

No technical reliance, no online contract
Website content is information only. It is not technical advice to be relied on, is not an emergency service, and does not form a contract online. A separately agreed engagement document controls any actual work. Routing an enquiry as urgent or using the chat does not create an emergency-response obligation or a guaranteed response time.
Capability boundaries
Capabilities are shown with explicit status. A capability appearing on this website does not guarantee availability for a specific scope, which is confirmed only through review.
Tema
Any Tema Shipyard activity is under a non-exclusive mandate. MVS cannot bind Tema or issue an independent yard quotation.
References & evidence
Reference projects are attributed as principal experience or controlled references. Evidence is released only through a controlled route; rights remain with their owners.
Intellectual property & permitted use
Site content and brand assets are owned or licensed by MVS and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, MVS is not liable for reliance on public website information in place of a written engagement. No blanket liability exclusion is claimed.
Law, language & version
These terms are governed by Dutch law. A Dutch controlling version is provided where required, and counsel approval is confirmed before public release.
