What is in place

• Semantic landmarks, a skip-to-content link and a logical heading order on every page.
• Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA across the palette, including form error states.
• prefers-reduced-motion honoured — animation and background video are disabled for users who request it.
• Descriptive alt text on evidence imagery; decorative media is hidden from assistive technology.
• Form fields with programmatic labels, grouped errors and an announced error summary.
• Fonts and scripts are self-hosted; analytics loads only after explicit consent, and no third-party service can alter or bypass these accessibility controls.

Known limitations

• The ambient hero footage carries no information and is marked decorative; a static poster is shown where playback is unavailable.
• The client portal is provisioned per engagement and is assessed separately.
