Tema Shipyard Access
A controlled route into Tema — subject to yard review.
MVS holds a genuine non-exclusive opportunity-development mandate for Tema Shipyard. This page sets out exactly what that allows, what it does not, and how the yard retains authority.

- Type
- Non-exclusive opportunity development — non-binding
- Signed
- 6 May 2026

What the mandate allows
- Screen and present vessels and opportunities to Tema.
- Coordinate initial information for the yard’s own review.
- Provide owner-side support separate from the yard’s scope.
What it does not allow
- Bind Tema to price, availability or acceptance.
- Issue an independent yard quotation.
- Act as an exclusive or official agent.
- Override the yard’s own review and decision.

You always know we are on your side
We are open about our roles. Where MVS may earn a fee or hold an interest, we disclose it, so nothing about our advice is ever in doubt. Guiding your vessel to the yard and representing you owner-side are both done in your interest — and stated plainly.
