Leadership & technical authority
Accountable principals. One controlled project route.
MVS B.V. is new; its record is not — 125+ combined engineer-years and 70+ projects led owner-side by the principals. Leadership is structured by discipline and accountability rather than by personality, with a clear decision split and a defined handover.
Accountable leadership
Two disciplines, one accountable route
Project & commercial control
Owner-side project leadership: feasibility and doability, scope and workpacks, cost, schedule and change, yard and owner interfaces, and evidence-based closeout. Built on senior dry-dock and vessel-superintendency experience across DP offshore and specialist tonnage, with multi-million-dollar dry-dock and project CAPEX controlled campaign by campaign.
Electrical, automation & DP
Marine electrical, HV/LV distribution, automation, drives, power and dynamic-positioning systems — diagnosed, upgraded and commissioned within documented competence and FMEA discipline. Built on senior ETO and DP-systems experience across DP and offshore tonnage.
Identity
Public pages stay role-based by policy. The principals are named, and their full CVs released, to a qualified buyer under NDA as part of pre-qualification.
Core team, scaled to the job
A core team, extendable to the capacity a job needs
Beyond the principals, MVS draws on a vetted core team sized to each project. We assess vessel type, yard and systems complexity, then assemble the team to that scope — from a single reviewer to a full mobilisation team. Accountability stays with the named principal.
Dry-dock & vessel superintendents
Owner-side superintendency for dry-dock, Special Survey, repair and mobilisation.
Chief engineers & ETOs
Senior engine-room and electro-technical leadership across DP, offshore and specialist tonnage.
DP, HV & automation specialists
DP maintenance, FMEA and proving trials; HV/LV, drives and automation.
Naval architects & Class coordination
Hull, structural, stability and detail design; ABS / DNV / BV survey interfaces.
